What is an Affiliate and How does it works:

An Affiliate is one who is rewarded by the Brand seller for each customer or visitor comes through the effort of the Affiliate. The Reward may be in terms of Monetary Transactions in the form of commissions or some perks associated with the Program.

The Diagram below Illustrates the Affiliate Marketing. There is Brand seller who expertise in selling its own brand. But to enrich and empower its brand value a marketing strategy is adopted named Affiliate Marketing. Where a Second tier is created named Affiliates that work for enriching the brand and directs the customer to the Seller and for every customer that seller gets, the affiliate is rewarded.

There are three easy steps that make this Affiliate system. And help Sellers Increase their Brand value and Gives Affiliate an option to earn some easy Business and work together with the network.

We offer an Internet Affiliate program. Where you will be able to track all the details of how many sales you have referred and how much of commission you have earned.

This typically refers that you will be given a link, which you will be placing in your website and whatever sale comes to us clicking back that link, on that you will be getting flat 20% of the total order.

We offer Three Tier Affiliate Program. This will be explained in the further section.

We have a Base level and then up to 2 levels we provide the commissions.
The commissions rates that we provide to according to the levels are (commissions are given on the subtotal exclude shipping amount)

• Base Level: 20% (Base commission)
• Level 1: 40% (On 20% of Base Level)
• Level 2: 15% (On 20% of Base Level)

The Base level affiliate is paid 20% commission on the order amount excluding shipping.

• Like a customer comes from a link given by a Base level affiliate. And pays an amount of $120 excluding shipping. Then the affiliate will be paid 20% on the total amount which comes to $24.

The first level affiliate is paid 40% commission on the amount of Base level affiliate

• Like a customer comes from a link given by a first level affiliate. And pays an amount of $120 excluding shipping. Then the first level affiliate will be paid 40% on the amount of Base level affiliate which comes to $9.6.

A real time Example:

Suppose, Jack, Jill and Jane are members of our affiliate program.
Historically, Jack referred Jill, and Jill referred Jane.
A customer comes to your store site through Jane's link and purchases products for $120 (this is excluding shipping).

Jane uses an affiliate plan that provides a basic commission rate of 20%. The affiliate commission amounts that we are supposed to pay to the members of your affiliate program for the sale referred by Jane are the following:

• Jane: $24 (20% of the discounted order subtotal, calculated based on the basic commission rate according to Jane's affiliate plan)
• Jill: $9.6 (40% of Jane's commission, calculated according to Level 1)
• Jack: $3.6 (15% of Jane's commission, calculated according to Level 2)

Step 2: Now you can login to your account and you’re My account area will look like this and will include all the Following Tabs.



What are these tabs and what are there Functions.
Let’s study all these tabs one by one.

• Edit My Profile: This section Include you shipping and Billing Information. And from here you can update your personal Information.
  
  

• Banner statistics: The 'Banners statistics' section allows you to evaluate the efficiency of your banner system. The statistics include clicks, banner exposures and clicks to exposures ratio.
  
  

This section contains fields Banner, Click and a view that helps to draw statistics about which banner is mostly viewed.

• Referred Sales: The Referred sales section displays statistics on referred sales (sales to the customers who visited the store via all the links/banners which you as a partner used to advertise the store). Here you can get information on how efficient you were in advertising the store, what the top-selling products were, etc.
  
  

Here you can get Information how much commission you have earned. In the status bar one that shows Approved refers that, the order is complete and you have received commission for it and one that shows pending refers that Order is not complete may for one or more reasons and because of that commission is not approved.

• Summary Statistics: The 'Summary statistics' section reflects general statistics on sales and commissions
  
  

This will give you an over detail of Commissions that are approved, pending and the total sales referred by you.

• Payment History: The 'Payment history’ section allows you to find out when commissions were paid to you by the store and what sum was paid to you each time. You can find information about payments for any period.
• Banner HTML Code: Here Banner HTML codes are present; from here you can pick banner codes and paste them on your respective websites.

There is Banner present by the name Link, this banner is used for promoting our Affiliate program and Adding Affiliates under you.

• Product HTML code: Here you will get Product codes. Incase you want to endorse a particular product. Then you can search for the product.
  
  

And get the product code of the Related Product.

• Affiliate Tree: The 'Affiliate tree’ section allows you to view your affiliate tree. The tree shows the hierarchy of the store affiliate program members who got registered as partners via a link on your site. It also shows information about the commissions earned by you and by each of your child partners.
  
  

The PARTNER column displays the affiliate tree, where the top name is the root level partner (You), and the names below it (tree branches) are participants of the affiliate program of lower levels (In the example above, the affiliate at level 2 is somebody registered as a partner via a link on your site, and the affiliate at level 3 is somebody registered as a partner via a link on the site of your second-level partner).

The COMMISSION column shows the commissions (pending + approved + paid) earned by each of the affiliate program members in the tree.

The AFFILIATE COMMISSION column displays the sum of commissions earned by all the branches of the affiliate tree below the current level.
